During our time together, we will discover your unique path forward to better health by implementing strategies based on what works best for you to feel empowered to stay adaptive. I offer monthly programs with individual sessions to really focus on your needs and intentions in the best way possible.
Before your first session, you'll fill out new client forms. That’s where we’ll review your current habits and health goals.
During your Initial Consultation, we’ll evaluate your current lifestyle, concerns, and intentions to create a personalized plan just for you.
In your Follow-Up Sessions, I’ll recommend the top 1-3 lifestyle modifications that will help you progress toward your goals. Together, we’ll build on habits from the previous session, with engaging experiences to complete between meetings. We’ll discuss your progress and address any challenges, and I’ll introduce new topics with actionable steps for you to focus on.
Throughout the program, you’ll receive various handouts, worksheets, and tailored recommendations specific to your goals.
In your Final Session, we’ll review your progress, and you’ll leave with strategies to maintain your achievements for a lifetime of good health!

In this 90-minute virtual session, we’ll dive deep into your unique wellness journey.
Prior to our meeting, you'll complete intake documents that allow me to fully understand your current lifestyle, health goals, and challenges.

During the initial consultation, we’ll review the intake information together. Then, we will begin crafting a personalized plan that meets your needs.
By the end of our session, whether or not you choose to continue with my program, you'll walk away with a clear, actionable strategy for moving forward.
The strategy is designed to help you feel empowered and confident about the next steps in your wellness journey.
